Shiloh Pepin, a 1o year old girl better know as Mermaid girl passes away. The girl was born with a fused legs or better know as “mermaid syndrome. Described by her mother as “tough little thing” died in the Maine Medical Center on Friday afternoon.

Being born with "mermaid syndrome," also known as sirenomelia one partially working kidney, no lower colon or genital organs and legs fused from the waist down.

She was confined in October 10 at Maine Medical Center for pneumonia.

She was indeed a tough girl.
