Grey's Anatomy: I saw what I saw

Grey's Anatomy is a real life situation happening in the premises of hospital. Remiss of the doctor to perform the call of duty lead to the death of patience. What happened in Grey's Anotomy, I saw what I saw was a typical parochial paranoia.

Mrs Becker only suffered minor burns due to hotel fire and she said that she felt fine. Yet, she died. The blame was put to April who had forgotten to check Mrs. Becker airways. Do you think so that April should be made a scapegoat for this when there were 12 doctors who were taking turns to take care of the patient? Stay tune with the development.
