If you want to lose weight in a matter of 3 weeks, here is a tip for you. Losing weight is a matter of self-discipline, eating healthy foods, and proper exercise. That is, If you heed to the advice, you will lose 20 lbs in 3 weeks time. Amazing. Kaya ba ng powers mo? Not me I'm skinny already.
